My Marketing Data is Adsit Digital's own in-house tool. Our team uses it — with an AI assistant that does the heavy lifting — to build, manage, and improve the ad campaigns we run for our clients, and to turn the results into clear reports. It's built for our team, not something you log into.

Have us manage your ads

What it is

My Marketing Data is an internal tool built and used only by the Adsit Digital team. When you hire us to manage your advertising, our specialists use it to create, manage, and edit your ad campaigns and to build the reports that show how those campaigns are doing.

An AI assistant (a Claude model from Anthropic) works alongside our team inside the tool. It helps our specialists draft and adjust campaigns and pull the numbers together into plain-English reports — a person on our team is always the one in charge and reviewing the work.

You don't have to install or connect anything

This is the part that's different from most software: you never create an account, never log in, and never click a "connect your account" button. There is no Facebook login screen for you to go through.

Instead, you give our team permission the same way agencies have always been added to an ad account:

  1. You add Adsit Digital as a partner. Inside your own Meta Business Manager, you add us as a partner and assign your ad account to us. This is the standard way Meta lets a business share an ad account with the agency that runs it.
  2. Our team gets to work. Once your ad account is assigned to us, our specialists use My Marketing Data — and its AI assistant — to build and manage your campaigns and to produce your reports.
  3. You stay in control. The account is always yours. You can remove us as a partner or un-assign the account from your Business Manager at any time, and our access ends immediately.

Why I built this

I run Adsit Digital, a marketing agency. Managing ad accounts well means a lot of repetitive work — building campaigns, keeping them tuned, and pulling the numbers into reports clients can actually read. For years that meant hours of exporting spreadsheets and copying figures by hand.

I built My Marketing Data so my team can do that work faster and more consistently, with an AI assistant handling the busywork and a real person checking every result. It's the tool I always wished my team had.

How we handle your data

We only touch the ad accounts you authorize us to manage. Each client's data is kept separate from every other client's. We never sell it, and we never use one client's information for anyone but that client. The AI assistant processes your data only to do the work you hired us for — it is never used to train an AI model.
